Mexico is my favorite coffee. I have tried numerous artisan coffees and I always go back to Mexico. What I like the most, is that there is no bitterness to it at all.

Okay so thus far my favourite coffee bean from SJI is puddingstone, but I made it a life goal to go through many other beans. Mexico has a little more sass than pudding stone, so if you find you like that bean but there are days you need a little more kick (especially if you drink milk and coffee)- Mexico will fit the bill. You definitely get the caramelized sugar flavour coming through loud and clear though, so don’t assume it’s only sass and no sweetness 😀

A rich hot cup of espresso, Mexican style, is a wonderful way to start the day

Mexico is my go to blend, not too dark or bitter but also very rich and enough of a kick to give me some energy for the day

I like espresso but I also like sweet coffee (without the sugar) and this one fits the bill. Love it!
