A single origin, shade-grown coffee from the Rio Azul cooperative in Jacaltenango, Guatemala. 43 of Coop Fio Azul’s 210 members are women. Please thank these farmers.
On the label is a Rose-breasted Grosbeak—a migratory bird that summers on St. Joseph Island and winters as far south as Guatemala—painted by Heather Hoffmann to illustrate a global connection.

My go to for the last 6 months. Makes a nice espresso. Very well balanced for everyday enjoyment. Many rich tones without bitterness (providing I don’t over extract it). Highly recommend!

Love love love this coffee bean! Perfect way to start the day. This delicious coffee is full of flavor and either on its own or with a bit of cream it fills the senses with great aroma and flavor. Would recommend it!
