Our first limited-release micro-lot offering from Fatima Mercedes Maradiaga’s farm, known as La Reina (The Queen), which is what her husband always calls her. Fatima, following her childhood dream, started growing her coffee in 2007. Preserving her land and the surrounding environment is of utmost importance for the current and future generations to come. It is a well-balanced and smooth-tasting honey-processed bean from the COMSA Cooperative in Honduras.

On the label is a stylized Queen Honey Bee drawn by Harry Hoffmann, which symbolizes both the importance of bees pollinating the coffee blossoms as part of healthy organic agricultural practices, and Fatima, the Queen behind this farm.
