Charbanta only produces natural*, sun-dried* coffees. Please thank these farmers. *The bean is unwashed, or natural, meaning the fruit (coffee cherry) is left to dry on the bean before being removed. This process imparts a unique flavour profile. On the label is an Ethiopian Ibex boating over to Whiskey Rock---a landmark close to the St. Joseph Island bridge---to meet his friends (see Ethiopia Sidama Natural label).
